“Working OUT” Stages of GLBT & ‘Non-Majority’ Organizational Development ABCs of Employee Resource / Affinity Groups A workshop for FLLWA members, HR Professionals, and Employee Resource members! Presented by Scott Fearing The formation of individual identity may be a very personal process, but this personal process has proven to greatly affect the success of employee resource networks. (GLBT and others) It may be easy to see how identity formation will act upon organizational leadership, but how does it effect group cohesiveness and long term success? Standard models of organizational development fall short of assisting employee networks because they do NOT take the impact of personal and group identity formation into account and are ill prepared to help employee networks succeed. Hosted by Nixon Peabody LLP's LGBT Affinity Group & Diversity Action Committee June 21, 2007 | |
