     Teresa Mayer, Co-Chair | ITT Corporation | Rochester, New York
Teresa has been very active in the GLBT community since first becoming involved in October 2005. She was a founding member of the GLBTA employee network at ITT, called IGNITE, and served as 2006-2007 co-leader. Teresa organized the first employee network expo at ITT in Rochester in August of 2006, which resulted in an average growth of 45% for the seven employee networks. In addition, she designed the networks’ internal websites for ITT Space Systems Division. Teresa is an active member of the GAGV and a current member of their Speakers Bureau. Through her involvement with the GAGV, she has presented workshops at St. John Fisher College, Nazareth and RIT. She is also part of the GAGV Equality Leadership Conference planning committee and co-developed the content of the 2006 conference workshop, “The ABCs of Being an Ally”. Teresa serves as a board member of FLLWA and was elected co-chair for 2007-2008. Teresa is currently employed as a Mechanical Designer at ITT Space Systems Division in Rochester. She and her partner, Darla, live in Greece along with their two cats, Will and Grace.

     Timothy Cosgriff, Co-Chair | SUNY Empire State College | Rochester, New York
Timothy J. Cosgriff is proud to serve as Co Chair for the FLLWA Steering Committee. He is currently the Assistant to the Dean for SUNY Empire State College. He brings to FLLWA a background in employment and business management. Previous to SUNY Empire State College, he was employed at a Fortune 500 company where he worked diligently to promote diversity and disability awareness. Timothy is also a Committee Member and State Board Member of the Job Service Employer Committee. He completed his undergraduate degree at SUNY Empire State College and his master’s degree at RIT.

     Darla Blazey, Secretary | ITT Corporation | Rochester, New York
Darla became involved in addressing GLBT-related issues in the workplace in June 2000 while employed at Eastman Kodak Company. Darla was a guest speaker for several diversity training classes, a board member of Lambda (Kodak’s GLBT network), a participant in “Can We Talk?” workshops, and a member of Lambda’s annual educational event committee. After the August 2004 sale of the Kodak division that Darla supported to ITT, Darla became a founding member of ITT Space Systems Division’s GLBTA network, IGNITE. Darla is 2006-2007 co-leader of IGNITE, 2007-2008 board member of FLLWA, and 2007 member of the GAGV Speakers Bureau. As a Speakers Bureau member, Darla has participated in presenting workshops to St. John Fisher College and RIT. Darla joined the GAGV Equality Leadership Conference planning committee in 2006, and co-developed / delivered the content of a workshop, “The ABCs of Being an Ally”. Darla was recently selected as 2007 GAGV Equality Leadership Conference co-chair. As a 23-year employee of Kodak, Darla’s background was mainly in mechanical engineering and design. Now at ITT for the past 3 years, Darla is a program schedule analyst. Darla and her partner, Teresa, live in Greece, New York. They have two cats, Will and Grace.

     Ralph C. Carter | Xerox Corporation | Rochester, New York
Ralph is a native of the Florida panhandle with a BS Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech in
Atlanta GA and MS Manufacturing Systems from Clarkson University in Potsdam NY. Joined Xerox
in Webster NY after BS degree summer of 1979. His 26 year career at Xerox: experiences as Manager Of
Industrial Engineering, Fusers Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Supply/Demand Manager, Inventory Manager.
Current position is Senior Analyst for Quality and Customer Satisfaction in the Western Hemisphere Equipment Supply
Chain. Outside Xerox, Ralph serves on the national board for More Light Presbyterians, an advocacy group within the Presbyterian Church (USA) for LGBT civil rights as well as full
access within the denomination for leadership opportunities. He helped his 1500 member congregation in
Rochester to formally commit to LGBT justice and an unconditional welcome to all, and Ralph has served as an openly
gay trustee, elder, deacon. Other community experiences have included founding member of Gay Academic Alliance
at Georgia Tech in 1976, involvement in Rochester Challenge Against Violence, service on the Galaxe Service Board
as Education Chair and Membership Chair, and 2001 recipient of The Gay Alliance Community Leadership Award for
advancing LGBT equality in the Greater Rochester area. Ralph currently serves as communication chair for Finger Lakes
LGBT Workplace Alliance, member of the board and chair of the Technology Committee of the Gay Alliance of Genesee
Valley, co-chair of Interfaith Advocates for LGBT People in Rochester, member of Nominating Committees of the Synod
of the Northeast of Presbyterian Church USA, and member of Pride in the Pulpit Committee of the Empire State Pride
Agenda. Ralph lives in the city of Rochester with Van, his partner of 25 years.

     Phong Diep | Corning Incorporated | Corning, New York
Phong is a member of the FLLWA Networking & Outreach subteam.
He grew up in the Syracuse, NY area.
He did his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and received his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh
He currently lives and works in the Ithaca, NY region.
Phong is an active member of SPECTRA, the GLBT employee resource group at Corning Incorporated.
He works as a research scientist for Corning.
He is a gadget geek and a car nut.

     Scott M. Fearing | Rochester, New York
Scott most recently worked as the Senior Director for OutFront Minnesota, an organization that he joined in 1994, as the Coordinator of Education and Training. A graduate of St. Cloud State University with a program focus on Intercultural Communications and adult education, Fearing has provided consultation and training to hundreds of public and private sector organizations. As a community organizer, Scott traveled to Minnesota meeting with members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (GLBT) and allied communities encouraging grassroots involvement. He also met with others (schools, law enforcement, hospitals, and faith communities) as a representative for the GLBT communities. In 1992 Scott was one of the founding members of the Minnesota Workplace Alliance. He remained an active member of the steering committee until his move to Rochester in July 2006.

     Michael J. Hardy | VisitRochester | Rochester, New York
Michael J. Hardy is currently on contract as a Convention Sales, Member Care and Partner Development Manager at VisitRochester. Prior to that, Michael was the VP of Group Sales at BestOfBroadway.com/ Group Sales Box Office in NYC. He helped re-open Top of The Rock in the Fall of ’05, and was the Tour Sales and Services Manager for The Corning Museum of Glass for 4 years. He owned his own promotions and marketing company before that, where he was privileged enough to have among his clients, The George Eastman and Susan B. Anthony Houses, City of Rochester and other prestigious attractions and lodging organizations. Employment in his earlier years at a family owned winery and banquet facility, Casa Larga Vineyards, and in management at Stouffer Hotels, all while attending The Rochester Institute of Technology, are among his most rewarding and hospitality intense days in tourism. Growing up in Newport, RI was an extraordinary way to meet people from all over the world and left a lasting impression of how people want to be treated and to enjoy their travels. Michael is currently serving as a board member for ImageOut and is active with the GAGV Speakers Bureau.

     Emily Jones, Treasurer | Eastman Kodak Company (Retired) | Rochester, New York
Emily retired from Eastman Kodak as Director of Imaging Materials
Research in January of 2005 after completing 29 years of service in the R&D community.
Emily was a member of the founding steering committee that launched the GLBT Network at
Kodak in 1992. In 1995, along with Kathryn Rivers she co-chaired the First Educational
Event for Senior Management on GLBT issues. Emily was the first Board Chair of the Lambda
Network at Kodak and has served on the board since its inception until retiring from the board in 2006.
She was a member of the design committee for the first GLBT institute at UCLA and a graduating
member of the first class. She is the Past- President of the Board of the Gay Alliance of the
Genesee Valley of Rochester, NY. She has presented at Out&Equal on markerting to the GLBT
Community and how to effect change in corporate policy. In 2005 she served as co-chair of the
O&E Awards Committee. At the National Level she is the currently serving as co-chair of the
Business Council for the Human Rights Campaign championing the most respected measure of GLBT
diversity in the workplace, the Corporate Equality Index for the Fortune 500 Companies.

     Cathy Lewis | Xerox Information Management | Rochester, New York
Cathy Lewis is currently the Manager, Data Management Services with Xerox Information Management in Rochester, New York. Her responsibilities include development and advancement of Xerox’s Data Strategy, Architecture, Standards, and Coherence. Cathy joined Xerox in 1977 upon completion of her Master of Business Administration at Syracuse University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Cathy has held management positions in Xerox Services, Information Technology, Contract/Relationship Management, Strategy, and Governance. Cathy’s hobbies include travel, cultural events, music, reading, film, photography, bicycling, fitness, fine dining, and bird watching. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Friends of Eastman Opera, and is former Co-President of Galaxe Pride at Work (Xerox's LGBT ERG). Cathy resides in Fairport, New York with her partner of eight years, Angela, and their greyhound Max. Cathy is looking forward to engaging with the FLLWA board and membership.

     Brian Quinn | Rochester, New York
Brian is currently a Training Development and Facilitating Contractor. He worked most recently as a Training and Quality Specialist at Thomson West and was a member of Out West, Thomson West’s local LGBT ERG.
Brian represented Thomson West at the Out & Equal Workplace Summit, and as a participant at the Equality Leadership Conference in Rochester.
Brian has been a member of FLLWA since 2006 and was elected to the board for 2007-2008. He also was the founder of COAP (Come Out and Play) in 1991.

     Alicia Rechkemmer | State Farm Insurance | Rochester, New York
Alicia hails from central Illinois where she received a BS in Psychology from Illinois State University. She has been an employee of State Farm Insurance for 10 years where she is an active member of the PRIDE ERG and the zone Diversity and Inclusion Council. After several moves, Alicia settled in Rochester in 2003. She joined FLLWA in 2007 and was a member of the planning committee for the 2007 Equality Leadership Conference. Alicia lives in the city of Rochester with one very spoiled cat, Gerti.
