ESPA Spring Dinner

The Spring Dinner celebrates Rochester and Western New York’s commitment to winning the fight for equality and justice for LGBT New Yorkers and our families. Featuring a reception, a presentation of our Community Service Award and a live auction, the Spring Dinner will be held at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center, Rochester, NY.

Successful companies know their employees as well as their customers. Hear SPECTRA's (Corning's LGBT Employee Resource Group) story of how they worked with HR and the Diversity Office to make tracking LGBT demographics possible at Corning Inc. This workshop will take participants through the steps of producing a self identification survey for their company. Participants will learn how to use the data gathered to implement programs and services for their employees. This workshop is designed for companies who have five employees to multi-national companies. Corning Inc. is the winner of the Business Leadership Award at the 2007 GAGV Equality Leadership Conference.
